Anatomy in Disease and Pathology

This session focuses on the anatomical alterations observed in disease states and their implications for diagnosis and clinical practice. Understanding how diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular conditions, or degenerative disorders structurally manifest provides essential insight into their pathophysiology. Topics include morphological changes in tissues and organs, tumor growth patterns, inflammatory responses, and organ failure syndromes. The integration of gross and microscopic pathology with radiological and histopathological techniques will be discussed. Case-based approaches will enhance understanding of the clinical relevance of structural deviations, advancing the correlation between anatomical abnormalities and medical conditions.
